Possible Input Errors:

• PDB code: make sure you enter valid PDB code, i.e. the molecule with this code exists in PDB.
• Chain ID: make sure that the chains you specified exist in the PDB file.
• Uploaded file: should be in PDB format only!

Question:

Whats the difference between the server version and the stand-alone version of MolAxis?

Answer:

Generally speaking the two are the same since they run the same binary file. Yet, the stand-alone version allows more user parameters than the server version. Also, the server version is run on a regular linux pc which might get highly busy. This means that the expected running time on the stand-alone version should be better. This depends, of course, on the performance of your computer.
