Question:
What is the procedure for using the DSSP assignment by default?
Answer:
Installation:
1. download the DSSP program for Linux from  here.
2. copy the dssp binary executable file to MASS foler and convert its name to "dssp"
3. If you wish to define DSSP as your default secondary structure assignment, edit MASS default configuration file (mass.config under MASS folder) and set the value of the "sse-file-type" parameter to DSSP.

When executing mass:
1. Use mkdssps script on your PDB files for creating .dssp files.
2. run mass
